What To Expect

 Hello,

        I want to teach you all out there that want to learn how to cook or even just get some advice on cooking healthy meals for your diet, that is low in calories and carbohydrates, and something you can cook for the family to enjoy as well. I have this great cooking book called, Family Favorites made Lighter! Its a great great book especially for beginners  This book has step by step instructions, it has pictures so you see what your cooking, I have noticed that most of the time when people are cooking (beginner's) visual really helps out and also to see if what you have cooked comes out like the picture, I used to do that all the time and I would find my dishes looking different from the picture, so I would do it again until is looked like the picture lol. I will be making new dishes from this book and posting about it and it how it went, also i will post pictures and the ingredients as well. I like to put my own twist into it because you never know that can become the best dish ever! I hope this will help all you beginners out there that want to learn how to cook, and cooking healthy meals for you and your family. I cant wait to get started!

  1. To make a blog on how to make healthy a healthy meal is a good idea. Most people are unhealthy and eat out a lot, which isn't good for them. A home cooked meal is what everyone needs more often.
