Protein Powder and The Vitamix Machine.
Since I had my daughter, i have been on a mild diet. I have been drink these kale shakes in the morningand for lunch. Thses shakes are great to help loos some weight that you want to loose. I have lost 45 lbs in the last 5 months. Its really works! Now i will tell you how i make them. I put one cup of kale, 1/2 cup of strawberries, 1/2 cup of carrots, 1 tbs of coconut oil, 2 cups of coconut water and also i put in Protein Powder, two scoops that help with the lack of protein and its high in fiber to help keep you full. I use the BEST machine ever called The VitaMix. its pretty pricey but very effective.

ReplyDeleteI have noted down the ingredients. I had some questions though, do you make the shake in the morning and have the same one for lunch? Is the portion size you have mentioned for one meal? Do you eat anything else along with these shakes? Do you have normal dinner in the evening? I am planning to start dieting, but was not sure what exactly should I have. This seems to be a nice start. I can't thank you enough for posting this.

ReplyDeleteI noticed one thing recently that makes food and cooking blogs easier to read, which is when people post the ingredients in a list like this:
2 cups almonds
1 cup milk
1 tbs flour
And then the directions (don't forget the directions, literal people like me really need them!)
